A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a payment option. It can have different values of 10, 20, 50 or 100 Euros. Users can buy TerraSip Credit PINs from national dealers (POINT of SALES) to fill up their Sip accounts.
If you have your business and bank account in a country, where many people do not use Paypal or “international” Credit Cards, you can be a Point of Sale. In many countries most of the people have only “national” credit cards, but TerraSip can not clear payments of national credit cards.
You could give clients in your country the possibility to buy TerraSip Call Credit from you.
How much money can I earn?
Your profit will be 10 % of the PIN value plus a 0,50 € surcharge for each order. After your registration as a Point of Sale TerraSip will send you an invoice for the first 10 PINs, including your 10 % margin. In addition a customer pays a surcharge to you of 0,50 Euro for each order. With an order of 10 Euro you will achieve 15 % profit.

In this directory clients can search for a Point of Sale in their country. If they find your address they have the chance to click for an order.
Which conditions must I meet?
You should have a normal bank account or “national” payment possibility in your own country for acceptance of national payments. Paypal or Moneybookers accounts are not useful for receiving money. But for your payments to TerraSip, they are very useful. If you want to be a reseller of PINs, you should be able and willing to purchase PINs from TerraSip.
How do I become a Point of Sale?
Why do I need to mention my bank account details?
Your bank account details are very important, if you apply to be a Point of Sale.
Clients, who order PINs from your address in our directory will get an email with your payment details. For this reason we need correct data. Otherwise you wouldn’t get payments for the orders.
What happens after my registration as a Point of Sale?
After your registration TerraSip will check if your data are correct and complete. Then you will get the first invoice about the first 10 PINs. As soon as you pay the PINs TerraSip will send you 10 active PINs by email. At the same time TerraSip will publish your address in the Point of Sale Directory on the TerraSip Webpage. Then clients have the chance to see you as a Point of Sale in their country and to order from you.
How can I be represented in the Point of Sale Directory, so that clients can order from me?
With the activation of your ordered and paid PINs you will automatically be represented in the POS Directory. As soon as your last PIN will be used from one of your clients, you automatically will be deleted from the directory. With your next purchase of PINs you will be presented again in the directory. So if you want to keep your position in the directory, be aware not to run out of PINs.
For the first 10 PINs after your registration you will immediately get an invoice. If you need more PINs then just write an email to pin@terrasip.com. You will get a pdf invoice after your order with the required payment information. The value of the PINs are 10, 20, 50 or 100 Euro. The minimum order volume are 10 PINs.

If you want to pay with credit card, TerraSip will send you a Paypal money request mail about the required amount.
This means you get an email from Paypal. In this email you find a link, which shows you the correct payment procedure.
1. click this link,
2. then choose the option "I don't have a Paypal account"
3. on the next page you choose "Shipping is not required + CONTINUE"
4. then you can enter your credit card information (it has to be an international credit card).
What happens after my payment of PINs?
You will receive the PINs by email. They are already written on your invoice. As long as they are not paid, they are inactive. After payment they will be activated.
After your payment TerraSip will activate the PINs, which you can find on your invoice. As soon as they are active, they can be sold to clients.
With the activation of your ordered PINs you will automatically be represented in the directory of Point of Sales on the TerraSip webpage. You will keep your position in this directory as long as you possess PINs. If you don’t have PINs any more you will be deleted from the directory.
This procedure will guarantee our clients, that they will get a PIN after their payment.
What do I need to do, if a client orders a PIN from me.
a. - If somebody will order a PIN from the TerraSip Webpage, you will immediately get a message. (Go to our webpage and try it.....)
At the same time the client also gets a confirmation with all the payment details of you. So he has to pay directly to you. So far you don’t need to do anything, just waiting for the money. Of course you can send your own "Thank-you" or "Welcome" email as well, if you want. Or you can send him a reminder, if he does not pay within a few days.
b. - After you got the payment, you send the user the ordered PIN as soon as possible by email. A PIN is like cash money. You shouldn't send to to somebody before receiving the money.
c. - Now the user can activate his PIN in his account in MyTerraSip, which immediately adds the new call credit to his balance.
What can the user do with a PIN?
The user enters his account in MyTerraSip with his login. Then he chooses the menu “Credit account with PIN”. There he will find a field where he can enter the number. As soon as he did so, the credit will be added to his Sip account balance.
How often can a PIN be used?
An activated PIN can be used only once. With a second try an error message will occur, because the PIN is recognized as used and unvalid.
I can’t find my name and address in the POINT of SALE directory.
Getting published in the POINT of SALE directory on the TerraSip Webpage is an automatic process. As soon as you have paid your ordered PINs you will automatically be published. And as soon as the last PIN is used from one of your clients your address details will be disabled and you disappear from the list.
If you don’t want to lose your position in the directory, you should order further PINs in time.
I can’t find my PIN order in my Reseller or Affiliate account.
Your PIN order was already a discounted purchase. So further commissions for Resellers or Affiliates on PIN orders are not possible.
Can I sell PINs on my own?
You are welcome to create own strategies of selling TerraSip Call Credit. The more activities you untertake, the more profit you get. Some TerraSip Credit PIN dealers drive their own business. They print cards with PINs and sell them to call shops or cyber cafés in their area.
